About Course
This course aims to improve participants’ skills in developing and writing projects for European Union and other international funding sources. Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge about the project cycle, project cycle management, the logical framework approach, and project planning processes.
During the training, participants will learn the main stages of project design, including developing project ideas, conducting needs and problem analyses, defining objectives, and carrying out stakeholder and strategy analyses.
Throughout the course, theoretical knowledge will be supported with practical exercises. Participants will prepare project drafts through group work and present their work to receive feedback. In addition, information will be provided about European Union funding programmes, particularly Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe, and participants will learn how to prepare project proposals suitable for these programmes.

1. Day:- Introduction of the course, institution, and weekly activities
- Participants introduce themselves and their institutions

2. Day:
- Problem analysis methodology
- Practical exercises on problem analysis
- Presentations and evaluation of problem analysis results
- Objective analysis methodology
- Practical exercises and presentations on objective analysis
- Stakeholder analysis practices and presentations
- Strategy analysis practices and presentations
- Identifying project target groups
3. Day:
- Creating a Logical Framework Matrix
- Planning project objectives, results, and activities
- Performance indicators and sources of verification
- Project activity planning and timeline
- Group work: Preparing a logical framework matrix
4. Day:
- Identifying project risks and constraints
- Budget preparation and financial planning
- Monitoring, evaluation, and auditing processes
- Common weaknesses and mistakes in projects
- Sample project study presentations
5. Day:
- Financial support sources: EU Union Programmes
- Horizon Europe Programme
- Erasmus+ Programme and project types
6. Day:
- Presentation of participants’ project drafts
- Evaluation of the training and feedback session
- Awarding of participation certificates
- Cultural activities and city tour
Reminding
- Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance on Friday or Saturday.
- Training sessions are scheduled for either the morning or afternoon.
- It is important to bring your own laptop.
- Any changes during the content week are subject to the trainers planning.
- Elemantary English (A2) required
- Requests from participants must be submitted to the training center at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Please plan your cultural activities outside of the training hours. If you participate in a cultural activity during training time due to unavoidable reasons, please note that no make-up sessions will be provided.
- The training has been adapted according to Erasmus+ budgets.
