About Course
This comprehensive 6-day training program explores the integration of artificial intelligence into project management and team collaboration. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the project life cycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Through hands-on activities, they will learn to assign tasks efficiently, track progress, mitigate risks, and improve decision-making using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Trello AI, and Asana AI.
The course emphasizes practical teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Participants will work on small-scale projects, applying AI solutions to optimize project outcomes and enhance collaboration. By the end of the program, learners will be able to manage projects more efficiently, utilize AI for reporting and performance analysis, and foster effective teamwork in any professional setting.

1. Day: Introduction to Project Management, Teamwork And AI Tools- Overview of project management and project life cycle
- Importance of teamwork and collaboration
- Role of AI tools in project management (ChatGPT, Claude)
- Analyzing participant expectations with ChatGPT
2. Day: Project Planning & Initiation with AI
- Defining project goals, scope, and deliverables
- Roles and responsibilities in a project team
- AI-assisted project planning tools: Trello AI, Asana AI, ClickUp AI
3. Day: Project Execution, Collaboration & AI
- Effective team communication
- Task allocation and progress tracking
- Collaboration tools with AI: Microsoft Teams AI, Slack AI, Google Workspace AI
4. Day: Monitoring, Controlling & AI-Enhanced Risk Management
- Tracking project progress against the plan
- Identifying and mitigating risks
- Performance measurement and quality control
5. Day: Project Closing, Lessons Learned & AI Reporting
- Finalizing deliverables and approvals
- Documenting lessons learned and best practices
- AI-assisted reporting and visualization
6. Day: Practical Project Work, AI Collaboration & Evaluation
- Team presentations of small-scale projects
- Peer evaluation and feedback sessions

Reminding
- Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance on Friday or Saturday.
- Training sessions are scheduled for either the morning or afternoon.
- It is important to bring your own laptop.
- Any changes during the content week are subject to the trainers planning.
- Elemantary English (A2) required
- Requests from participants must be submitted to the training center at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Please plan your cultural activities outside of the training hours. If you participate in a cultural activity during training time due to unavoidable reasons, please note that no make-up sessions will be provided.
- The training has been adapted according to Erasmus+ budgets.
