About Course

Basic knowledge of business management and finance is required. Participants will gain insights into developing business ideas, creating business plans, securing financing, and managing operations.

The Entrepreneurship course is designed to teach all stages of starting a business. It offers practical knowledge on idea development, market analysis, business plan writing, financing, and business management. Participants will learn the requirements and strategies needed to become successful entrepreneurs.

Daily Program

1. Day: Introduction to Entrepreneurship

  • Course and institution introduction, weekly overview

2. Day: Business Idea Development and Evaluation

  • Techniques for developing business ideas
  • Methods for evaluating and selecting business ideas
  • Hands-on business idea development projects

3. Day: Market Analysis and Target Audience Identification

  • Techniques for market analysis
  • Target audience identification and segmentation
  • Hands-on market analysis and target audience projects

4. Day: Business Plan Creation and Presentation

  • Techniques for writing business plans
  • Methods for presenting business plans and attracting investors
  • Hands-on business plan development projects

5. Day: Financing and Business Management

  • Methods for securing financing
  • Business management and operations
  • Hands-on financing and business management projects

6. Day: Course Closure and Cultural Activities

  • Course evaluation: summary of competencies gained, feedback and discussion
  • Course Participation Certificate distribution
  • Excursion and other cultural activities

Reminding

  • Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance on Friday or Saturday.
  • Training sessions are scheduled for either the morning or afternoon.
  • It is important to bring your own laptop.
  • Any changes during the content week are subject to the trainers planning.
  • Elemantary English (A2) required
  • Requests from participants must be submitted to the training center at least 4 weeks in advance.
  • Please plan your cultural activities outside of the training hours. If you participate in a cultural activity during training time due to unavoidable reasons, please note that no make-up sessions will be provided.
  • The training has been adapted according to Erasmus+ budgets.
