About Course
Basic knowledge of analytical thinking and communication is required. Participants will gain knowledge in problem-solving techniques, creative thinking, and strategic decision making.
The Problem-Solving Techniques course is designed to teach participants various methods and strategies for solving problems. It provides practical insights into analytical thinking, developing creative solutions, and decision-making processes. Participants will also learn about problem-solving models, teamwork, and effective communication techniques.

Daily Program
1. Day: Introduction to Problem Solving Techniques- Course and institution introduction, weekly overview
- Initial activities

2. Day: Analytical Thinking and Creative Solution Developm
- Introduction to analytical thinking techniques
- Creative solution development methods
- Hands-on analytical thinking and creative solution projects
3. Day: Strategic Decision Making
- Introduction to strategic decision-making techniques
- Decision-making models and tools
- Hands-on strategic decision-making projects
4. Day: Problem Solving Models and Tools
- Introduction and use of problem-solving models
- Problem-solving tools and techniques
- Hands-on problem-solving models and tools projects
5. Day: Group Work and Effective Communication
- Introduction to group work techniques

- Hands-on group work and communication projects
6. Day: Course Closure and Cultural Activities

Reminding
- Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance on Friday or Saturday.
- Training sessions are scheduled for either the morning or afternoon.
- It is important to bring your own laptop.
- Any changes during the content week are subject to the trainers planning.
- Elemantary English (A2) required
- Requests from participants must be submitted to the training center at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Please plan your cultural activities outside of the training hours. If you participate in a cultural activity during training time due to unavoidable reasons, please note that no make-up sessions will be provided.
- The training has been adapted according to Erasmus+ budgets.
