About Course

Basic knowledge of mathematics and science is required. Participants will gain insight into problem solving, project development, and innovative thinking within STEM disciplines.
The STEM Education course is designed to teach participants how to develop projects using scientific methods, technological tools, engineering principles, and mathematical analysis. It offers practical knowledge in STEM fields and helps participants enhance their creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Participants will gain knowledge in areas such as robotics, coding, data analysis, and engineering design.

Daily Program

1. Day: Introduction to STEM

  • Introduction of the course and institution, overview of the week’s activities
  • Ice-breaking activities
  • Participants introduce themselves and their institutions
  • General overview of STEM and fundamental concepts

2. Day: Scientific Methods and Technological Tools

  • Introduction and application of scientific methods
  • Introduction and use of technological tools
  • Hands-on scientific methods and technological tool projects

3. Day: Engineering Principles and Mathematical Analysis

  • Introduction and use of engineering principles
  • Mathematical analysis techniques and applications
  • Hands-on engineering principles and mathematical analysis projects

4. Day: Robotics and Coding

  • Introduction and use of robotic systems
  • Coding techniques and applications
  • Hands-on robotics and coding projects

5. Day: Data Analysis and Engineering Design

  • Introduction and use of data analysis techniques
  • Engineering design and applications
  • Hands-on data analysis and engineering design projects

6. Day: Course Closure and Cultural Activities

  • Course evaluation: summary of acquired skills, feedback and discussion
  • Course participation certificate distribution
  • Excursion and other cultural activities

Reminding

  • Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance on Friday or Saturday.
  • Training sessions are scheduled for either the morning or afternoon.
  • It is important to bring your own laptop.
  • Any changes during the content week are subject to the trainers planning.
  • Elemantary English (A2) required
  • Requests from participants must be submitted to the training center at least 4 weeks in advance.
  • Please plan your cultural activities outside of the training hours. If you participate in a cultural activity during training time due to unavoidable reasons, please note that no make-up sessions will be provided.
  • The training has been adapted according to Erasmus+ budgets.

Price 480 Euro
P.S. If you register less than 6 weeks before the course start date, a late registration fee of 60 Euro will apply.
