About Course

Basic computer skills are required. Participants will gain knowledge in 3D modeling, creating electronic circuits, and programming with block coding using Tinkercad.
Tinkercad is an ideal platform for 3D design and modeling, featuring a user-friendly interface and powerful tools.
This course will teach participants how to use the tools and features offered by Tinkercad to create effective and functional projects. Participants will learn about creating models for 3D printers, designing electronic circuits, and programming with block code.

1. Day: Course and institution introduction, weekly overvi

  • Introduction to Tinkercad
  • Initial activities
  • Participants introduce themselves and their institutions
  • Overview and setup of Tinkercad

2. Day: 3D Modeling and Design

  • Introduction to 3D modeling techniques
  • Modeling with basic shapes and tools
  • Hands-on 3D modeling projects

3. Day: Electronic Circuits and Simulation

  • Introduction and simulation of electronic circuits
  • Use and integration of circuit components
  • Hands-on electronic circuit and simulation projects

4. Day: Programming with Code Blocks

  • Introduction to programming with code blocks
  • Algorithm development and application methods
  • Hands-on programming projects with code blocks

5. Day: 3D Printing Model Preparation

  • Model creation and preparation for 3D printers
  • Model optimization and printing techniques
  • Hands-on 3D printing projects

6. Day: Course Closure and Cultural Activities

  • Course evaluation: summary of competencies gained, feedback and discussion
  • Course Participation Certificate distribution
  • Excursion and other cultural activities

Reminding

  • Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance on Friday or Saturday.
  • Training sessions are scheduled for either the morning or afternoon.
  • It is important to bring your own laptop.
  • Any changes during the content week are subject to the trainers planning.
  • Elemantary English (A2) required
  • Requests from participants must be submitted to the training center at least 4 weeks in advance.
  • Please plan your cultural activities outside of the training hours. If you participate in a cultural activity during training time due to unavoidable reasons, please note that no make-up sessions will be provided.
  • The training has been adapted according to Erasmus+ budgets.
