About Course

Basic computer skills are required. Participants will learn to develop algorithms, create electronic circuits, and design robotic projects using MBlock.
MBlock is an ideal tool for beginners in programming and simplifies learning algorithms through block-based coding. This course will teach participants how to create effective and functional projects using the tools and features offered by MBlock. Topics include Arduino integration, sensor usage, and wireless communication.

Daily Program

1. Day: Introduction to MBlock

  • Course and institution introduction, weekly overview
  • Initial activities
  • Participants introduce themselves and their institutions
  • Overview and setup of MBlock

2. Day: Block-Based Programming and Algorithm Development

  • Introduction to block-based programming techniques
  • Algorithm development and application methods
  • Hands-on block-based programming projects

3. Day: Electronic Circuits and Simulation

  • Introduction and simulation of electronic circuits
  • Use and integration of circuit components
  • Hands-on electronic circuit and simulation projects

4. Day: Arduino Integration and Projects

  • Introduction to Arduino and integration with MBlock
  • Development and implementation of Arduino projects
  • Hands-on Arduino integration projects

5. Day: Sensors and Wireless Communication

  • Introduction and use of sensors
  • Wireless communication methods and applications
  • Hands-on sensor and wireless communication projects

6. Day: Course Closure and Cultural Activities

  • Course evaluation: summary of competencies gained, feedback and discussion
  • Course Participation Certificate distribution
  • Excursion and other cultural activities

Reminding

  • Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance on Friday or Saturday.
  • Training sessions are scheduled for either the morning or afternoon.
  • It is important to bring your own laptop.
  • Any changes during the content week are subject to the trainers planning.
  • Elemantary English (A2) required
  • Requests from participants must be submitted to the training center at least 4 weeks in advance.
  • Please plan your cultural activities outside of the training hours. If you participate in a cultural activity during training time due to unavoidable reasons, please note that no make-up sessions will be provided.
  • The training has been adapted according to Erasmus+ budgets.

P.S. If you register less than 6 weeks before the course start date, a late registration fee of 60 Euro will apply.
