About This Course
This course aims to improve participants’ skills in developing and writing projects for European Union and other international funding sources. Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge about the project cycle, project cycle management, the logical framework approach, and project planning processes.
During the training, participants will learn the main stages of project design, including developing project ideas, conducting needs and problem analyses, defining objectives, and carrying out stakeholder and strategy analyses.
Throughout the course, theoretical knowledge will be supported with practical exercises. Participants will prepare project drafts through group work and present their work to receive feedback. In addition, information will be provided about European Union funding programmes, particularly Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe, and participants will learn how to prepare project proposals suitable for these programmes.

Training Dates and Locations:
Check whether your application for the training has been approved by applying for one of the specified dates. Please note that the training must reach a certain number of participants to be approved. If the required number is not reached, we will contact you to offer alternative options.
Reminder:
- Participants who attend at least 80% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance on Friday or Saturday.
- Training sessions are scheduled for the morning/afternoon.
- It is important that you bring your laptop.
- Changes to the program during the week are subject to the trainer's planning.
- Requests from participants must be submitted to the training center at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Please consider times outside the training program for your cultural activities. If you carry out your cultural activity at a time that coincides with training days for compelling reasons, you should be aware that no make-up training will be provided.
- The training is adapted to Erasmus+ budgets.
